Rose Patterson has a BS in Biology/Pre-Medical Sciences as well as an MS in Public Health with a Nutrition specialization. She is a Group Fitness Instructor and a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
As a former collegiate athlete, she has vast experience in strength, conditioning, speed, endurance, and agility training. Rose Patterson’s client sessions take a holistic approach, addressing all aspects of health and wellness. Rose Patterson’s goal is to educate people, assist them in achieving positive behavior change, and establish lasting healthy habits.
